Welcome to Gondolier Coffee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile coffee cart catering services in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Gondolier Coffee provides mobile coffee cart catering services for weddings, corporate events, conferences, private parties, and other gatherings throughout the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area. Our services include professional baristas, espresso equipment, and handcrafted beverages.
Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Gondolier Coffee.
- A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date.
- Event details including date, time, location, and guest count must be confirmed in writing.
- Changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment is due according to the terms specified in your contract.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified.
- Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed in your quote.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive any refund.
- Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event information and guest counts
- Ensure adequate space and electrical access for our equipment
- Obtain any necessary permits or venue approvals for our services
- Communicate any dietary restrictions or special requests in advance
- Provide a safe and accessible setup location
Liability
Gondolier Coffee maintains appropriate liability insurance for our services. However, we are not responsible for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue conditions, weather events, or third-party actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Gondolier Coffee and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
