Baristas Needed
We are hiring at Gondolier Coffee!
This job is a great fit for someone who likes people, enjoys being on the move, and wants a flexible part-time job with good pay.
Great Pay
Average $40/hour including wage, gratuity & mileage. Most shifts pay ~$200 before cash tips.
Flexible Schedule
Morning shifts (7AM-12PM), 1-2 shifts per week with opportunities for more.
Small Team
Join our team of 4-5 baristas. We do 20-35 events per month spread evenly.
No Experience Needed
We train you in about a week (5 shifts). Being personable is what matters most.
A Typical Event
- 1Picking up equipment from our facility
- 2Driving to the event
- 3Setting up the coffee cart
- 4Serving drinks and interacting with guests
- 5Tearing down afterward
- 6Returning equipment to be cleaned
Requirements
- Early riser
- Reliable vehicle
- Able to carry 40 pounds up and down a flight of stairs
- Morning availability at least 3 days per week
- Personable with a positive attitude

- Good problem solver
- Good with their hands
