How much does corporate coffee catering cost in Minneapolis?
Pricing depends on your guest count, length of service, and how many baristas and espresso machines are needed to keep lines short. Most corporate events fall into one of our packages, starting with a 2-hour minimum. Request a quote and we'll build custom pricing for your event.
How many guests can you serve?
We serve events from 50 to 1,500+ guests. For larger conferences we add baristas, espresso machines, and additional carts so wait times stay short.
What do you need from our office or venue?
Just a 5×5 ft space and a standard electrical outlet — indoors or outdoors. We bring the cart, equipment, supplies, and staff, and we handle setup and teardown.
Can the cart be branded with our company logo?
Yes. We offer custom-branded signage and cup options so the experience matches your company or event branding. Mention it in your request and we'll include it in your quote.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates book quickly, especially during conference and holiday season. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, but we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Do you serve the whole Twin Cities metro?
Yes — Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and the greater Twin Cities metro including Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Woodbury, and surrounding suburbs.
